Break out of the broccoli doldrums with this lively citrus sauce.
Diet Types: Low Sodium, Vegetarian
Ingredients:
  • 2 oranges, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • Serves: 4
    Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
    Instructions:
    Sauté garlic in butter for 1 minute. Add orange juice and pepper and boil for 2 minutes. Steam broccoli until crisp tender and serve with sauce.
