Product Availability Orders are normally shipped Monday thru Friday, within 48 hours of receipt if it's a product we have in stock. Depending on your location you should receive your order within 5 to 10 days. It is possible that at some point we may experience a shortage in inventory due to manufacturer out-of-stocks, unexpected product demands, etc. If for some reason we need to delay shipment, you will be notified promptly, usually by phone. Substitutions on size may be made to fulfill an order when quality or variety is not affected.
Shipping Methods Country Sun only ships to standard residential or business US addresses, as well as Military APO/FPO addresses. Service is provided by UPS or US Post Office (APO/FPO, HI, AK addresses will all ship via USPS). UPS orders receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number. We use a flat-fee per 12lb increment. All orders are charged the minimum 12lb rate. If your order is between 12 and 24lbs, the shipping charge is $17.98. You will be contacted if your shipping rate exceeds 24lbs.

For PO Box, APO/FPO, Alaska or Hawaii residential or business addresses:
US Priority (1st Class) Postal Mail - $9.99
Packaging We take special care when purchasing our supplies to find packaging that is made from recycled materials and that is recyclable. When it is possible, we reuse boxes or packing materials from our suppliers as part of our commitment to recycling.
Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Problems with shipment (damages, incorrect items, etc) must be made within 2 business days of receipt. We accept product returns within 14 days of your purchase date. In the event you should need to return an item, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization and then ship the item back. Please follow these steps to help us take care of your return:
1. To receive your Return Authorization, please send an email to orders@countrysun.com or give us a call at 1-888-811-7474. Please have ready:
a. Your invoice # b. Name & quantity of item to return
2. Use the RA to fill out the return form on the back of your original packing slip which you received with the shipment. If you do not have your original packing slip ask us to send you a return form. Please complete all information on the form. 3. Pack the items securely and for your protection, select a shipping company that offers package tracking. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs on returns. Items returned to us received damaged are not eligible for refund. Address package to:

4. When we have received your package and verified the return, your account will be credited the purchase price of the item, plus any tax (if applicable) and less any discounts.
