Sunday, all year 'round from 9am to 1pm, there is a fabulous Farmer's
Market out on the avenue in front of Country Sun, featuring lots of
local organic produce plus other comestibles like fresh bakery items,
fresh fish, prepared food to go and more!

Create a good workspace to avoid an aching back or neck. Choose a chair with a supportive back and armrests that prop your arms. Make sure your chair and desk are the right height for you. Your legs should be bent at 90-degree angles with your feet flat on the floor. If your desk is too high for your chair, look for an inclined foot rest.
